No More Masks....Sort of

 Forgot to mention we no longer have the mask mandate. We don't have to wear masks at the VC or at church. Even though lots of businesses still require it and someplace still require to show vaccination card. 

This past week we gave several tours in Spanish. A couple from Sao Paulo Brazil came in and I don't know ANY Portuguese but it was so cool to try to talk to them in Spanish and they spoke to me in Portuguese. We actually understood each other and they were so sweet to me. We give out lots of bigger group tours. 

 This guy from Spain came in he didn't speak any English but he was here visiting he was a member but It was still cool to talk to him 

On Saturday we had a primary kid group that came in and it was so much fun to interact with the cute kidders and they are so funny!! 

Also another cool story while at the visitor center. We had a walk in tour and we met Matthew. We knew nothing about him but he really opened up to us. He told us he has been reading the BOM and he really wants to know what church is true. We showed him around, played some videos and taught him the restoration. We promised him that he will get this answer by praying and the spirit will lead him to the truth. His gf that lives in Mexico city is getting baptized next month and his aunt is a member. He is surrounded with lots of other friends and family members who are of other faiths. But he wants to know for himself what is the truth. We referred him to the missionaries that cover his area and he was so happy to keep learning about the gospel. It felt good to help him 

It was international women's Day and the visitor center had people from all over the world come. So many counties I've never even heard of. And they had a collection of gold jewelry from Senegal. And they then had international silver collection too. It was pretty cool! 

(Afterwards this one guy came up to me saying he was interested in learning about the church .. but when he came back to the VC he was only interested in dating me so...) 

Also hna siete dyed my hair ! I cut her hair a couple weeks ago and so she dyed mine. I wanted my hair darker. It didn't turn out as dark as we wanted but it got a little but darker. 

This area is a bit slow but it's getting there we definitely have seen some miracles
